The Colorado Public Utilities Commission approved the request Sept. 23 in Atmos’ fourth-quarter gas-cost adjustment proceeding, docket 26L-0346G, at its meeting. The meeting record listed Oct. 1, 2026, as Atmos’ requested effective date, not a confirmed final date. It does not establish when the adjustment will appear on customer bills.
