Superior Zaharias property development

Superior is considering a Rock Creek PUD amendment for the vacant Zaharias property near South 88th Street and the Hudson Harris Reservoir. The proposal would allow a residential neighborhood of up to 226 for-sale homes, including deed-restricted affordable units, with additional decisions on site design, infrastructure and financing still ahead.
