Louisville grain elevator redevelopment

Louisville Mill Site LLC’s Grain Elevator redevelopment at 520 and 540 County Road is supported by LRC facade and property improvement grants and a tax-increment financing agreement. The LRC has consented to a conditional assignment of those grant rights as security for a construction loan; the assignment becomes operative only if the borrower defaults and the lender activates it.
