Gateway Open Space acquisition

Louisville is considering a $675,000 contribution toward Boulder County's Gateway Property at 1716 S. 96th Street. The proposed agreement and conservation easement would preserve the 72.2-acre property for open-space, agricultural and passive-recreation uses, with Boulder County retaining ownership and management.
