Willoughby Corner affordable housing
Boulder County and the Boulder County Housing Authority are advancing Willoughby Corner Phases II and III in Lafayette. The county's 2027 budget process is addressing a $5.3 million Lafayette water payment due when permits are pulled, expected for phase 2A in January 2027, while staff examine possible funding alternatives.
