206 South Main Street redevelopment

Longmont is considering a conditional-use site plan to relocate Avis car rental to an existing building at 206 South Main Street. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval with a condition keeping rental-car parking and storage east of the building, away from Main Street; City Council will take action because the site is next to the St. Vrain Greenway.
