Longmont Dry Creek development

Longmont is considering annexation and a concept plan for a mix of housing near Clover Basin Drive and Airport Road. Council approved the measure on first reading with conditions addressing traffic-study recommendations, bike-share participation, traffic controls near Box Elder and Historic Preservation Commission review of an on-site silo; a public hearing and second reading remain.
