Boulder Cherryvale and McSorley annexation

Boulder is considering annexing 1275 Cherryvale Road and 5995 McSorley Lane, with requested RR-2 zoning. The request would support a Hakubai Temple religious assembly use at Cherryvale and city utility service for the McSorley residence; a public hearing is scheduled for November 12, 2026.
