Boulder North Foothills land exchange

Boulder is weighing an exchange of about one acre of Mann East Open Space at 0 North Foothills Highway for roughly 6.9 acres of adjacent natural land from Canal Avenue Park, LLC, with about $60,000 from the Open Space Fund. City Council is considering whether to authorize the transaction.
