Boulder Pearl Arts District development

Boulder is considering rezoning the 3550 and 3850 Frontier Avenue site for a mixed-use district envisioned to include a performing arts venue, housing, retail, and public gathering space. The Planning Board held a hearing on the rezoning and site-specific development standards; the City Council decision and later site review remain ahead.
