150 Briggs Street redevelopment

The Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority is working with Meyers & Meyers on commercial redevelopment of its 150 S. Briggs Street gateway parcel, planned for a Malbec restaurant and expanded CyclErie retail space. A feasibility study recommends a capped package combining land conveyance and project-generated tax increment to close an estimated funding gap; final agreement terms remain for negotiation.
