Colliers Hill urban renewal financing

The Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority and Weld County share tax-increment revenue for the Colliers Hill Urban Renewal Plan. An amendment allows retained revenue previously restricted to County Road 5 improvements to fund other eligible public improvements under the plan.
