Erie comprehensive plan amendments

Erie is considering changes to policy goals and future land-use designations in the 2024 Elevate Erie Comprehensive Plan, including changes affecting properties near Arapahoe Road and 111th Street. The Planning Commission recommended the amendment to Town Council.
