Southeast Boulder County growth limits

Louisville, Boulder County, Lafayette and Broomfield adopted a joint plan governing development and annexation in southeast Boulder County, including rural and city preservation areas. The agreement sets land-use limits and has a 30-year term from its 1999 effective date.
