Boulder power reliability and resilience

Boulder is developing a Power Reliability and Resilience Roadmap to address outages, wildfire-related shutoffs and community preparedness, working with Xcel Energy and incorporating public input. The city expects to bring the roadmap to council in 2027; future investments and implementation will require further council consideration.
