Boulder County regulator station security upgrades

Public Service Company of Colorado sought to replace the six-foot fence around its existing natural-gas regulator station at 10100 North 109th Street with a ten-foot security fence. The Boulder County Board of Adjustment denied the setback variance; the company had not yet determined an alternative security approach.
