250 Arapaho Avenue annexation

Boulder is considering annexing the Native American Rights Fund’s existing office at 250 Arapaho Avenue, changing its land-use designation and setting initial zoning. The request would enable a city-water connection for the building’s fire-suppression system; the Planning Board has recommended approval to City Council.
