Monte Vista Grand Avenue access changes

CDOT and the Town of Monte Vista are pursuing sidewalk, curb, gutter and drainage improvements on Grand Avenue that include relocating access for a property with two businesses; the owners’ appeal is proceeding to an administrative hearing.
