Colorado legislative outside counsel policy

The Committee on Legal Services is reconsidering how the General Assembly selects and pays outside attorneys for litigation. It temporarily authorized recommendations beyond its approved roster and waived the fixed hourly cap for new actions while staff research options for a longer-term standard.
