Gays Against Groomers lawsuit against Colorado

Colorado legislative defendants prevailed on legislative-immunity grounds in the Gays Against Groomers case at the district court and Tenth Circuit. The plaintiffs have petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court for review, and the petition is awaiting consideration.
