Boulder bike security and theft reduction

Boulder is continuing a cross-departmental effort to reduce bicycle theft and improve recovery through prevention, secure parking, community education and targeted police enforcement. The city reports progress toward goals of reducing theft and increasing recovery, and says it will keep tracking and adapting the work.
