Shanahan-Dowdy Draw trail connection

Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks is evaluating whether to create a shared-use connection from the Shanahan area toward Dowdy Draw and Marshall Mesa. The review weighs bike access and safety against trail-user conflicts and impacts on sensitive habitat; staff are still developing recommendations.
