Colorado School of Mines is replacing the Student Recreation Center’s aging HVAC system, comparing cooling options and evaluating energy efficiency, electrical needs, and project costs. The committee approved up to $8 million in redirected intercept-program bonding and requested further analysis of geothermal feasibility.
