Nederland Proposition 123 housing commitments

Nederland did not meet its 2024–2026 Proposition 123 commitment to add 12 affordable units. The town is considering a good-faith waiver or qualifying naturally occurring affordable units to remain eligible for the program and set a new 2027–2029 commitment.
