Longmont attached homes in RSF zones

Longmont is considering whether to allow duplexes, triplexes and quadplexes in residential single-family zones. The proposed code change is headed to City Council for an initial reading, with questions about lot standards, utilities, covenants, affordability and consistency with the comprehensive plan still under discussion.
