Boulder Cherryvale and Mixorley annexation

Boulder is considering annexation of properties at 1275 Cherryvale Road and 5995 Mixorley Lane, with a related comprehensive-plan land-use designation change from rural lands to Neighborhood One. Planning Board recommended the map change; City Council is to consider it alongside the annexation.
