Louisville city facility access control upgrades

Louisville is replacing and standardizing access-control systems at city facilities to improve security and reliability. An ETG Systems agreement covers gate installations at the north and south water treatment plants and the wastewater treatment plant, plus annual maintenance and support; the broader work is planned in phases.
