Longmont Twin Peaks urban renewal financing

Longmont Urban Renewal Authority directs tax-increment revenue in the Twin Peaks URA #1 redevelopment area, including funding for the Village at the Peaks and refunds to taxing districts. The board is considering the authority’s FY2027 budget.
