Boulder County sets session to instruct negotiators on San Lazaro resident bid
Residents are pursuing a competing purchase as another buyer’s $42.5 million offer has been accepted.

Boulder County commissioners authorized two executive sessions for 11 a.m. Sept. 24, including one to instruct negotiators on a possible resident purchase of San Lazaro Mobile Home Park.
The other session will address legal advice about the park, at 5505 Valmont Road, commissioners authorized at their Sept. 22 meeting.
Residents are pursuing a competing purchase. 9NEWS reported that another buyer’s $42.5 million offer had been accepted. Boulder Reporting Lab reported that residents have until Dec. 8 to submit a competing proposal.
Most San Lazaro residents own their manufactured homes but rent the land beneath them, 9NEWS reported.
