Willoughby Corner development

Boulder County Housing Authority is developing Willoughby Corner in Lafayette, including Phase 2 plans with more parking, four-bedroom homes, project-based vouchers, and expanded green space. The project is progressing through design and the PUD process, with financing and final details still under consideration.
